 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Richard was my salesman. He was good. The van was clean and in good condition when I got it. It was in service already for the motor on the passenger window and the remote didn`t open the sliding doors. They are supposed to be calling me to make an appointment because the transmission is slipping now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Cara. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and also to have my brakes looked at, and the service was done quickly. My vehicle is still under warrenty, and I recieved documentation for the services. The staff was good, and my vehicle is doing fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was negative, because they can not seemed to get my problem fixed after mulitple trips to the service center. I have had a problem with the front end since July, and they always tell me they will look at it and nothing ever gets fixed. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and the work took about 35 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and the only problem I am having is the shaking in the front end. I just gave up on trying to get them to fix it.

 | I own a 2003 GMC Sierra. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and I dropped the vehicle off and picked it up around ten a.m. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me very well, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I had my vehicle in to have the brake light replaced, and the service was done quickly. My vehicle is still under warrenty, but I did not get any paperwork. The service was done and the car is fine, but it has always drove a little funny, and I have had them try and figure out why many times, and for some reason they can not seem to figure it out. The staff is all very nice and very calm with me, because I can be hot-headed, and they always manage to keep calm and collected, even when I am not. All in all, I would say my experience with JD Byrider is neutral, and I only say that because of the inability by the staff to locate the consistant problem with my vehicle and the way it drives.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota. I brought my truck in because it needed a new waterpump. They were backed up that day so I did it myself. I came back in and showed the mechanic what I did. It didn`t take him long to look at it. It was under warranty and they reimbursed me for the part. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems with the truck now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Mercury Grand Marq. Overall, my experience was neutral because they couldn`t pin point what was wrong, and I was going to have to pay a lot of money to have it fixed because my warranty is out. I never expected anything to go wrong with this car. It`s been perfect. I brought it in because the check engine light was on, and it was rattling. The guy told me to drive it for a week and see if it goes off, and it did. I had to pay $18, which was fair. It was not serviced until the next day, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was okay. They treated me pretty well. I have no problems with the car right now.
