    I own a 1998 Pontiac TRANS SPOR. I had my car in for a routine oil change, and his service was ocmpleted quickly. The car was not under warrenty, and the price was fair for the service. The staff was raited as excellent, although the car is a piece of junk, I have been through 3 engines, replacing blown head gaskets. Overall however, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Neon. I brought it in for a regular oil change and check up. It was ready before noon and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was great and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1997 Mercury Tracer. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about a half an hour. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I purchased a vehicle from John. He was great. The car was clean and in good condition. The only thing wrong with it is that the front headlight is burnt out, but it is getting fixed soon. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I had a routine winterization maintanence done, and the service I recieved was great. The staff treated me very well, and I recieved a reciept for my service as well. My vehicle is running great and is still under warrenty, and overall I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought my car in because the wheels were making a popping noise. We had brought it in for the same problem a couple times before. I dropped it off at 9 and didn`t get it back until the next day. It was not under warranty but they did it for free because it was an on going problem. I got paperwork. The staff were fine as far as customer service. I am having a problem with the steering now. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems and I had to keep taking it in. I thought it was going to be fixed and when I found out it wasn`t, I wasn`t too happy.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. One week later, my car would not start and it needed a new battery and the check engine light was on. It is all fixed now. Shawn was one of the salespeople that I have a problem with, the was not very professional at all. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside but it did not pass emmissions. I am taking my car in tomorrow to get this fixed. Jason was my salesperson and he was real good and helpful. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant. My salesperson was Joe and his customer service was good. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. The only problem is the heating has some trouble, but I am having that looked at soon. I was approved for the car the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I worked with Brian, and I had worked with him the past so things went smoothly. I feel the car could have been cleaner, but overall my vehicle was in good order and clean enough for the age of the vehicle. I am having a few issues with braking at high speeds, but it is an issue I intend to have taken care of. I was approved same day, and the process went smooth because I have dealt with the company in the past. Overall, I would rate my experience as positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Grand Cara. My experience was positive. Lance was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. One of the sensor lights is on.

    I own a 2002 KIA RIO. I took the car to the service center to have the starter replaced. Also I got a tune up and the oil change. I got the car back the same day. I had to pay twenty dollars down for the mechanical loan, but I got a receipt back showing how much I put down. I have to take the car to the service center because the brakes are making a noise. I have to pump the brakes to get them to stop. The staff treated me curtious. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was negative because I have taken my car in numerous times to get the steering and other issues fixed and it still is not fixed to this day. I brought my car in for steering issues. They kept my car for one day. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. The sales person was alright the service person is not good.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson was Richard, and he was very professional. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home. The car seems to cut off every now and then when I try to start it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in for an oil change. The service was wonderful. It took about 15 to 20 minutes. It was not under warranty but I did not have to pay anything. I got paperwork. The staff were wonderful. They were nice and polite. I am not having any problems other than normal wear and tear. Overall, my experience was positive.
