    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I worked with a tall young white male, and he was good. My vehicle was in good condition, running well and was clean when i picked it up. I was approved the same day for the purchase of my vehicle, and overall I would rate my experience at JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Tahoe. My salesperson`s were Dwight and Kathy. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. The vehicle needs an alignment and they made a note of it. It took about 2 days for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Skip, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, and I currenlty do not have any problems with it. Skip did a good job during the purchase of my pre-owned vehicle.

    I own a 2004 KIA OPTIMA. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time. My salesperson was Sammy, and he was great.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center because it took a minute to start up. I got the car back that same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I am not sure if I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about thirty minutes to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for wheel bearings and tie rods. The work was done in about two or three hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me. I need a rear-end alignment.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My overall experience was positive. My car was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I do not have any issues with my car now. Shawn and Todd was my salespeople and they were perfect. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My experience was positive. Bill was my salesperson. My van was running well when I got it, but the interior smelled very bad. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I still need to have the interior cleaned.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought my vehicle in to get the muffler and the brakes fixed and it took 3 days. The price I paid was fair in my opinion and the staff did a good job. I was given a receipt afterwards. The heat doesn`t work now. Overall my experience was positive. It is always positive.

    I own a 2002 Jeep LIBERTY. I worked with Drew for the purchase of my vehicle, and he went above and beyond and did an excellent job taking care of me. My vehicle was clean and in good working order, and other than a small issue with the breaks, everything is great today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all I would say my experience with JD Byrider was positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler VOYAGER. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Nicole and she was pretty good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. The only thing I noticed is when I turn the heat on, it kicks down like there is no power. There are no other problems with the vehicle currently, and I was approved the same day.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not receive paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.
