 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 Dodge Neon. My salesperson sat in the second office on the left, and he was nice. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but the car was serverly wrecked before I bought it. I hit a racoon and my adjuster came out and looked at it and he took the number for J.D because the car was in bad shape and it wasnt because I hit the racoon. Overall my experience was neutral because the car was serverly wrecked and they told me it wasnt.

 | I own a 2000 SATURN LS. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil sending unit, it was there for about one week for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Wally sold me the car. The car was in very nice condition. The process took from five to six and then I left to drop a friend at my house. Wally actually drove the car to come pick me up and then we did the test drive on the way back to the dealership. The brakes need work but they already knew about it and I have it down in writing now. The staff was really great and I had no problems. My experience was very positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. My salesperson was Shaun and he was good. The car was in good condition when I got it. The car is cutting off on me while I am driving everyday. It took about 3 weeks to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because the car keeps cutting off and they kept having me come back and back to get approved.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was extremely positive. I took my car into the shop because there was water leaking into my trunk. It took 2 days to fix. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff was wonderful--Steve was really excellent and helpful. But my car is still doing the same thing with the water leaking into my trunk so I will have to return to the shop.

 | I own a 1999 Ford F-150. I took in my car for a bad tire on the front. The work took a week because they didn`t have the tire at the time. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is doing pretty good but the gas mileage isn`t as good as I thought. There is a popping for turning in the front end. They said they couldn`t find the problem and they said they greased. The staff was nice and polite. It did take longer than I would`ve like. My experience was positive.

All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. My salesperson was Darius and he was fine. The car was is in good condition when I got it. The allignment is off on the front. It took all day to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because it took ridiculously long to get done, I had 2 meals there and I did so much paperwork and I have to re-do some that they lost.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Randall sold me the car. They are supposed to come get the car because my husband left and I can no longer afford the car. The process took all day. I think they could use some more representatives there. My experience was negative because of the problems I`m having.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Marco was my salesman. He was excellent. He did really great. The car could have been detailed better. The trunk had a bunch of junk in it. Now the gas cover doesn`t shut all the way and you have to push it in. Also I am hearing some noises from the engine and transmission. I am waiting to see what happens. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive. It is a great company with a great deal and cars are machines and they have problems sometimes.
