    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. John was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car is running hot, and the horn isn`t working.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was John. He was nice, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was netural, because there are a lot small problems with my vehicle. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one hour. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently have a tranmission leak, but the staff was great. I also need a price on a strut, so I get a quote in the near future.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler Town & Cou. My sales person was Scott. I was there for about 4 hours and the van was in good condition when I got it. There have been no problems yet and the staff there was very nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was positive. Jarrod was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it, but they did replace the brakes for me. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is running alright at this time.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I took in my car for missing something and ball joints were bad. The work took a day. The work was covered and I did get paeprwork. I hear a knocking noise becauser of the tires. The staff was great. My experience was postiive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. The salesperson who helped me was Dave and he did a really good job with everything. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The vehicle has not had any problems of any kind since I drove it off the lot. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and they had it done in less than 30 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 SATURN L100. My salesperson was Bob. The customer service that I received was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 3 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET MALIBU LS. I had to take my car in to get a bunch of stuff done to it because I recently had an accident. The service was completed quickly; it was the best service. Robert is the nicest man in the world, he helped me so much, he was amazing. It was under warranty, but I haven`t recieved any paperwork for it yet. The customer service was very good. The car is running very good today. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Bravada. I brought my car in for a little bit of everything. The check engine light was on, it needed new bearings, and there was some other stuff as well. It was in the shop for about a month. It was not covered under warranty, but I believe I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was alright. Currently the car is having the same problems so I am bringing it back in. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I took in my car for the radiator and the engine. They replaced it but it still needs to go back. They took care of us and were very prompt. The work took few days because they had to order parts. The work was covered and I think I received paperwork. The car still needs a sensor replaced but it is running fine. The staff was wonderful. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jose and he was very good. I enjoyed talking to him. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and there are no problems with the car now. I was approved the same day.
