    I own a 2001 Dodge Dakota. Overall I have had a positive experience . I brought my car in for an oil change. My car was under warranty and I had a free oil change so I did not have to pay anything. I recieved paperwork for the service. The staff was great and quick as far as customer service. I my be having some problems with my transmission today.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Mountainee. I brought my vehicle in because the car was shaking and it took 3 days to get the vehicle back. I got a receipt and it was covered under warranty. The staff were nice and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since then. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I took in my car for smoke coming from the hood. They didn`t fix the real problem because it wasn`t under warranty and you guys charge too much. They fixed some stuff while it was there. The car was there a day. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was neutral because it wasn`t good and it wasn`t bad the service was okay.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I had to have the battery replaced in my car. It took about a week to get the part in. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff were wonderful. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car in for a rattling noise. I would say that it was fixed quickly. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff was fine. I have had nothing but problems since I have bought the car. It was running okay today. Overall I guess I would say that my experience has been positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Escort. A blondish woman sold me the car. The car was in good condition. I need to take it in for the windows for leaking. The process took about 25 minutes. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I worked with Rob on the purchase of my vehicle and he did a good job taking care of my needs. The car was in good working order and was clean when I picked it up, and other than some minor issues that I am taking care of with the dealership, things are good today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all, I would say my experience with JD Byrider was positive.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Aurora. My salesperson was Kelly. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. The material around the sunroof is hanging. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. Vashaun was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in excellent condition when I received it. It took three or fours hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was excellent also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. My experience was positive. Vance was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My truck is still running alright.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. I am sure that this job did not take too long but my car is still at the shop--I have not yet picked it up. I have not recieved any kind of paperwork or a receipt. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. The staff`s service is ok. There are no problems with that car--that I am aware of because I have not yet picked it up from the shop.

    I own a 2004 Mercury Cougar. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Tia and everyone at the store did a fine job. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off the lot. The transmission has to be rebuilt soon.
