    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. My experience was positive. Andrew was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. I worked with Mary on the recent purchase of my vehicle, and she did fine, the service was o.k. My vehicle was not clean at all when I purchased it; there was pet hair on the apholstery, and the smell of pets were evident in the vehicle, and there was no gas in the gas tank at all, and I barely made it to the gas station! I was approved same day for my purchase, however I am having issues with the vehicle today, including squeaking breaks and issues with a whistling sound when I use the heat on it`s higher settings. I consider my experience with JD Byrider as neutral because of the minor issues I have had with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. The salesperson I worked with was Tony and he did a fine job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and it did not take very long at all. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2008 Ford Escort. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the heater unit had a short and the breaks were squeaking. They serviced it in under a day, and I do not know if I paid anything for the breaks, but the heater/airconditioner was under warranty. They fixed the wrong set of breaks. I was given a receipt and I have no complaints about the customer service. Currently, the door handle broke. It just stopped working. Other than that there are no problems with the car now.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my car in because the check engine light is once again on, and the shop had the problem diagnoised quickly. My vehicle is still under warrenty, but I do not recall if I was given the proper documents after the service was complete. The staff have always been really friendly to me, and this visit was no exception. My vehicle is doing well today, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I did get it back the same day. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I currently have no issues now. The staff overall was great.

    I own a 2001 Ford Escort. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about twenty or thirty minutes to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was pretty good. They have good people there. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehilce in because the transmission is leaking fluid. I don`t think the service was completed fast at all. The car is under warranty so I did not have to pay for it. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The car is still leaking fluid today. The staff was good when it came to customer service.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a new intake gasket. It took 1 day to complete. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was fine. Now, I think I have to schedule another appointment because my car is kicking hard into gear--it does it every now and then but I am concerned.

    I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this expereince positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was neutral, because the service was just average. It was not great, but not bad either. I brought the vehicle in for work on the wheels, and they had it for about a day. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there treated me good. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

My experience was neutral because I wasn`t sure that I wanted the car at first, and I`m already having problems with it. My salesperson was a younger, taller man who was very easy to work with. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I think that the car needs new motor mounts, and there is a squeaking noise in the steering.

    I own a 1998 Plymouth Breeze. I took the car to the service center to have the spark plugs and coil pack replaced. It took them awhile to do it so I didnt get the car back till the next day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I didnt get a receipt back. I didnt get my keys though. When I put gas in the car earlier the car was having trouble accelerating. The staff treated me outstanding. Overall my experience was positive.
