    I own a 2001 Dodge Grand Cara. I bought my car from Sammy, and he was good. I also worked with Raphel because they were both doing something else. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home, and I am not having any problems now. I have to take the car to the service center because they have to fix some things that they said they would when I bought it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for an oil change. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Jermey, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problem my vehicle. Jermey did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in to get a new fuel pump. I picked it up the next day. It was not covered under warranty, but I believe I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was excellent. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, the brakes are squeaking and there are some minor things. Todd was my salesperson and he was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Cara. My sales person was Brian. I was there for 3 or 4 hours and the van was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff was very nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because I needed a new windshield motor. The job took about 30 minutes to install. It was not under warranty but the price was reasonable. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. I might need my front brakes inspected--they are making noise.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Dave, and he provided wonderful customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1997 Ford CROWN VIC. I had a positive experience with the company. I brought my car in because the engine light was on. It was finished quickly. It was under warranty so I did not pay anything. I did receive a receipt. The staff was cool. The car is doing pretty good today, and is still in good shape.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. I had my car serviced for standard winterization. My car was still under warrenty and i did recieve a receipt for my service. The customer service experience was great, and my vehicle is running as great today. Overall, I would rate my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler Town & Cou. Kim was my salesman. He was wonderful. The van was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with it other than the cd player doesn`t work. They are supposed to be putting one in. I was approved the second day I went in. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Buick Century. My salesperson sat in the first office on right, and he was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I got it, but the turn signals are blown out. Also the car shakes at sixty five. Overall my experience was neutral because all the problems with the car now.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in to get the battery looked at and the oil changed. It was completed quickly, and I was given a receipt. The staff was great, and so is the car now. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. Matt was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.
