    I own a 1995 KIA RIO. I brought my vehicle in for a repair of some sort, but I do not remember exactly what it was. It was repaired overnight. It was covered overnight. I do not recall if I received any sort of paperwork. The customer service was fantastic. It always is. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. I worked with Rob on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did an excellent job helping me find the right car for my needs. The vehicle was in good working order and was clean when I made my purchase, and other than a little alignment issues that I am currently taking care of with Rob, the car is doing good today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and overall I would say my experience with JD Byrider was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Windstar. My experience was positive. Vance and Bob were my salespeople. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My van is still running alright.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took my car in for an oil change. It took around two hours to complete. It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was ok. There are no problems with my car at this time. My overall experience was neutral because an oil change should never take two hours.

    I own a 2003 GMC Envoy. I brought my car in because it was making a bad noise, like something was loose. It was in the shop for one day. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car is still making the same noise. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in because it was having problems starting. It was covered under warranty and I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car is still having problems starting, but someone called to do a follow up and it is going back in soon to be worked on again. Overall I would say my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Overall my experience was positive. Pete was the salesperson who worked with me and he did a pretty good job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had a single issue with the vehicle. I was approved the first day that I walked in.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for a tune-up, new brakes, because the check engine light was on, and also because the vehicle was vibrating. The work was done within a couple of hours. I paid a fair price for some of the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really nice to me, but the check engine light is back on now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. My salesperson was a white male in his 30`s and he was good. The check engine light was on the car when I got it. The check engine light is still on, 2 of the tires on 1 side are losing air, the heating in the back doesn`t work and the CD player is not working. It took about 3 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because the van was the only thing offered to me and for the problems with the van.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Marquita and she treated me well. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no current problems with the vehicle now, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. The vehicle was recently brought in for service with the arms on the vehicle, and it was brought in and serviced within the smae day. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle is still having issues with the arms now. Overal I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 35 mintues. It was free. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I have an appointment for new tires, a wheel allignment, and the axle. Overall, my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. I took my car in because it wouldn`t start. It took about 6 hours to complete. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff was rude until I cursed them out. There are no problems with my car at this time. My overall experience was negative because they were rude.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville. I brought my car in because a roater was loose. They tightened it because my tire was shaking. It took 20 minutes at the most. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were really good. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.
