 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Overall, my experience was very positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and a check-up. It was very quickly serviced and I only paid $10, which was a fair price. I was given a receipt and the customer service was good. There are no problems with my car now. Pat, the service manager is very good. He was very honest and explained to me what was going on with my car one time when I needed a new motor. He`s a good guy.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I worked with Jonathon on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was awesome. The vehicle was clean and in pretty good shape when I picked it up, however I have encountered some problems since, including tire issues, cylinder issues, and also a few instances of the transmission mis-firing and slipping/vibrating and the vehicle is back in the shop at this point. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Kim, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 KIA Sephia. Michelle was my salesperson. She was something greater than an A. The car was in good condition and clean when I received it. On the second day when I turn the heat on it makes a noise. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to have the starter replaced. I dropped the car off and they called me when it was done. I didnt have to pay for any of the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car today. The staff treated me good.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I didn`t have to pay because I had a cupon for an oil change. I did recieve paperwork for the serivce I had done. The car is doing good today, I don`t have any problems. The staff was really nice when it came tocustomer service.

After a day of having the car, the transmission began to slip. The transmission is the only problem with the car today. I was not approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought the vehicle in because my heater wasn`t blowing hot air. It took 1 hour for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. I would rate the customer service a 10. My overall experience was

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. The service was quick. I had a free oil change so i didn`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve a reciept for the service. The car is doing fine as of today. The staff has been good when it comes to customer service.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my car in for an oil change. They also found a fuel filter leak. It took about an hour and a half because they had to wait on the clamp for the hose. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were fine it just took awhile to get done. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2008 Pontiac Grand Am. I worked with a male and he was one of the head guys there. He did a very good job working with me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved very quickly the first day I walked in. A lightbulb went out and the brakes are pretty touchy. Overall my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. My salesperson was Scott, he was fine as far as customer service. The car was clean but not in good condition. There were a few problems with the car when I recieved it. I was misled by the information given to me. Scott told me the problems would be fixed. The car still has problems today. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was neutral because I was misinformed.
