    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Tony and he was excellent. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. I was approved quickly because this is my 2nd car with JD Byrider. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Angie, and she provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Escape. I brought my car in for a routine check up to make sure all the parts were fine. It took about 45 minutes. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork but I have to bring it back in to have a wheel bearing done and they said I would get the paperwork then. The staff were wonderful. Besides the wheel, bearing everything is good on the car. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Dan was the salesperson who worked with me and he was fantastic. I give him a 10/10. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition when I bought it. I was approved the first day I went in and I have not had any problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle would not start, so my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I do not know if I received any paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff always does a good job when I have service.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I took in my car for an exhaust replacement. the work took about an hour and a half. The work was covered and I did get paperowrk. The car is doing good. The staff was good and very nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 SATURN L100. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and to have the front left blinker bulb replaced. When it was being serviced the fuel pump went out and so they fixed that as well. It was serviced in less than a day (8am-6pm), and I only paid $5 for the oil change. The customer service was really good, and I have no current problems with my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall, my experience was neutral becuase they took so long to get to our car. I brought the car in for an oil change and to have a motor replaced for the windshield wiper. I dropped it off in the evening and they said it`d be ready by 5pm the next day. When I came in the next day they hadn`t even gotten to it yet, and in fact forgot about our car. So, it took two days for the service. The motor was under warranty and I had to pay a fair price for the oil change. I was given a receipt, the customer service was good. There are no current problems with my vehicle.

The drivers side door is sticking and it is not unlocking right away and I only have 1 key. I was approved that day becuase I have bought 2 cars from there. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. Sean was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I`m having trouble getting the car started now.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Villager. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and to check the battery, it took about thirty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the servic. The staff was lovely, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Terry and he was excellent. The car was in good condition besides a broken head light. There are no problems with the car now. It took about 6-7 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford FREESTAR. AC was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in pretty good shape when I received it. It took maybe an hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has a few minor problems with it now. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
