    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I bought my car from Jason. He was really good at helping me purchase the car. It was in good condition and clean when I received it. The car is doing good today. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall I had a positive experience with the company. I brought my car in because the transmission went out. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff were good, and so is the car today.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. My salesperson was Eric. The customer service that I received was wonderful. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Blazer. The vehicle was recently brought in for a squeak in the front end, and it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. I worked with Tony and he was just great to me with everything. I was approved the first day I came in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. One mirror is a different color than the other but that is the only problem I have had. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in for an oil change. It did not take long to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was fine. The staff was very courteous. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I worked with everyone in the whole place, and they were alright. I did have a problem with some of the people but they took car of it. It took me three days to get approved for the car. The under wrighter said I didnt have a paystub. The under wrighter told me he had to talk to my boss. I told them I was going to go somewhere else to get a car and they just fogot about it. The car wasnt cleaned when they gave it to me. I am not having any problems with the car now, and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in to get the cruise control fixed. The service was completed quickly. It wasn`t under warranty, but I did not have to pay anything. I did receive a receipt. The staff were good, exept for one woman was rude. The car is running good today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Grand Cara. Jay was my salesman. He was great. He was phenominal. The van was clean and in good condition when I got it. The only problem we have is the back windshield wiper skips a portion of the window. We told them and they gave us the number to call and get it fixed. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I purchased my car from Jacob. He wasn`t that bad when helping me. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. There are a few problems now that I have to get fixed. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was neutral, and this is because of the problems that im having with the car. Also, doing the process they weren`t able to give me info that I wanted.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I worked with Gilbert towards the purchase of my vehicle, and he was excellent and I enjoyed having him as my salesperson. My vehicle was very clean and in good condition when I picked it up, however the vehicle has since developed an oil leak. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Lumina. I took my car in for an oil change and to get it winterized. The service was completed fairly quick. The service was under warranty and I recieved paperwork. The staff did a good job with customer service. The car is doing well today. My overall experience was very positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge RAM 1500. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Kathern was my sales person. Tires on my vehicle has nots in it since I bought it, and the tires are still that way. I have been trying to get my vehicle fixed, but I have been getting the run arounds. Kathern has done a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.
