 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Overall I had a positive experience with the company. I brought my car in because the transmission went out. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I was given a receipt. The staff were good, and so is the car today.

 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. My salesperson was Eric. The customer service that I received was wonderful. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Blazer. The vehicle was recently brought in for a squeak in the front end, and it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. I worked with Tony and he was just great to me with everything. I was approved the first day I came in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. One mirror is a different color than the other but that is the only problem I have had. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I worked with everyone in the whole place, and they were alright. I did have a problem with some of the people but they took car of it. It took me three days to get approved for the car. The under wrighter said I didnt have a paystub. The under wrighter told me he had to talk to my boss. I told them I was going to go somewhere else to get a car and they just fogot about it. The car wasnt cleaned when they gave it to me. I am not having any problems with the car now, and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in to get the cruise control fixed. The service was completed quickly. It wasn`t under warranty, but I did not have to pay anything. I did receive a receipt. The staff were good, exept for one woman was rude. The car is running good today. Overall my experience was positive.

The only problem we have is the back windshield wiper skips a portion of the window. We told them and they gave us the number to call and get it fixed. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I purchased my car from Jacob. He wasn`t that bad when helping me. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. There are a few problems now that I have to get fixed. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience was neutral, and this is because of the problems that im having with the car. Also, doing the process they weren`t able to give me info that I wanted.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I worked with Gilbert towards the purchase of my vehicle, and he was excellent and I enjoyed having him as my salesperson. My vehicle was very clean and in good condition when I picked it up, however the vehicle has since developed an oil leak. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge RAM 1500. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Kathern was my sales person. Tires on my vehicle has nots in it since I bought it, and the tires are still that way. I have been trying to get my vehicle fixed, but I have been getting the run arounds. Kathern has done a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.
