    I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. Overall I have had a positive experience. I brought my car in for the fuel pump and the ingnition. The car was serviced quickly . It was under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. I recieved paperwork with the service. The staff was great as far as customer service.I am having no problems with the car today.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. I had the oil changed, and the radio fixed. It was finished quickly. It was under warranty and I received a receipt. The staff was perfect. The car is running good today. My experience has been positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. I worked with BC on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was great. My vehicle was clean and in great condition when I picked it up, although I have had a few issues with the tires. I was approved the same day for my purchase, although I did not pick it up on that day so the folks at the dealership could take care of a few minor issues. Overall, I would consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took the car to the service center to have the brake line replaced. They said that they had to replace the rotor because they took something out. I got the car back that same day, but it took all day. I had to pay a hundred and thirty six dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am still paying because they made it to where I pay thirty six dollars a month. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me pretty good. Overall my experience was neutral because it took eight hours to get the car back to me.

    I own a 2000 GMC Safari. My overall experience was positive. I took the car in for an oil change. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with my car.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. Max was the salesperson I worked with and he was awesome. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved first day. The back windshield wiper doesn`t touch the window.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SL2. I brought my car in for some repairs. They replaced the water pump, the half shaft, and the seal. The repairs took a day. It was about 7 hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were very friendly. I am not having any problems now. Everything is fine. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. My experience was neutral because I am still having problems with the vehicle. I took my van to the service center because one of the tail lights wasn`t working. The work was done in about a half of a day. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, but it took them several tries to fix the tail light. The power steering is making a whining noise now.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. My salesperson was Charlie and he was wonderful. The car was in good condition when I got it. The brakes are squeaking a little bit and the moding strips on the top of the car need to be fixed. It took about 2 hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I worked with Mark for the purchase of my vehicle, and he was really good! The car was in excellent condition and clean when I purchased it, and the vehicle is doing really good today. I was approved same day for the purchase of the vehicle, and overall I would rate my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. It took a couple of hours. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. There are no problems with the car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have some oil put into it, and the work was quickly done while I waited. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was excellent, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in for a variety of things. It was out of my possesion for about 4 or 5 hours. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently I do not believe there are any problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have a sensor replaced, and the work was done in about four hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought it in for a tune up and it was there for the day. It was covered and I did get a receipt. The staff there is fine and the experience has been positive.
