 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. My sales person was John. I was there from 9 until about 1 and the car was in good condition when I got it. I picked it up late at night, and the tire was low. I can`t get the low tire light to go off even though I put air in it. The staff there was great and the experience was positive.

I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my trip to the service department.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Plymouth Neon. I took the car back to the service center because the car was still making the same noise. I had to have the car towed in so I didnt get the car back that day. I didnt have to pay for any of the work that was done to the car, but I got a receipt back. The car is still making that same noise. The staff treated me good, and Mark is great. Overall my experience was neutral because I dont think I should have to pay for the tow charge.

 | I own a 1998 Mercury Sable. I took in my car for power steering motor. The work took a few hours from 11 until after 5. I`m pleased with Bob. I do mean to call and thank him. The engine light is on. I paid for the work and the price was reasonable. I did get paperwork. I only talk with Bob at the dealership and the finiancial ladies are always smiling. My experience was positive.

The engine light came and there is smoke coming from the vent. I already talked to them about it. The staff there was pretty good and the experience was positive.

The vehilce`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very nice, and the check engine light is on now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

The only problem is that I can`t unlock the door with the unlock button. I have not talked to them about it. The staff there was very good and pleasent. The experience was extremely positive, and I am already refering someone else to John.

I didn`t have to pay anything because the vehicle wa under warranty . I did recieve paperwork for the service I had on it. I thought the staff was good as far as customer service. The vehicle is still acting funny so I am going tobring it back in.
