I was approved for the car the same day, but it took two weeks to get the down payment to them. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but didnt have a full tank of gas. I have a lot of johns cards and I will be giving them to people to go up there.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because my brakes were fluttering. It took a couple of hours to fix. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff was surprisingly really good. I am bringing my car back to the shop to have my security code checked. There are no other issues with my car.

It still hasnt been washed. I had to take the car to the service center because the coil went out, and ever since they replaced it the car has had a skip. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I took my car in for a wheel barring and a check engine light was on. It was in the shop all day. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff was good. There are still some issues with my car--the check engine light is on and it reads low engine oil. My overall experience was negative because I have had nothing but problems with the car--since I purchased the car.
